Comments & Discussion

The name at the top appears to read ‘Miss Belle Jones.’ It is written in pencil, making it much easier to read than the names on these tickets from the same year.

These tickets were used throughout the 1922 tourist season. The same ticket layout was used in 1920 and 1921, but the tickets were different colors in those years. The tickets from 1923 were smaller and had a different border.

This ticket was likely made by Woodward & Tiernan in St. Louis. See #PIK-17281 for reference,

Condition, Aging & Authenticity: There is a small amount of crumpling visible on the surface, but no creasing or major damage. The name is still clearly legible at the top.
